I'm not usually inclined to visit sites entirely created with Adobe Flash, but iminlikewithyou has drawn me in regardless.

Simple multiplayer games. Like Draw My Thing, a Pictionary™ clone. Quite addictive, and the user community seems to be pretty well-natured too.

Also, the site is hilarious.
